- I have two FB-357a Chinon dual-speed HD floppies in my 2000.
-
- I recently switched from a bootup which started in WB1.3 and checked
- for V2.1 (the default ROM with my MultiStart) to a setup which started
- with V2.1 and checked for V3, V2.1, or V1.3.
-
- Prior to the switchover, I could insert an unformatted HD floppy and
- format it as IBM HD. After the switchover, I lost this ability. I
- haven't spent the time to figure out why (mainly because the switchover
- entailed removing a flakey hard drive which was the boot drive).
